OverviewWe would love to have you join Intuit's People & Places
organization as a Senior Program Manager in our Diversity, Equity

Strong Program Management Skills: ability to lead and work

goals and manage stakeholders at varying levels of leadership.

People Acumen: Ability to work across multiple groups and levels
within an employee population. High Accountability: own outcomes
and drive high quality results. Strong Problem Solving and
Analytical Skills: Ability to put complex ideas into clear
frameworks, to interpret data and translate into actionable
insights, recommendations and action plans. Operational Excellence:
Ability to develop operating plans for programs/initiatives, manage
multiple priorities and deliver quality work with high volume of
detail. Event Design, Coordination and Support: Ability to design
and support multiple events, in a variety of roles. Embody Intuit
values. Education/Experience: You have ------5+ years of relevant
work experience. You are an excellent program manager. You have
experience working in the tech industry. Bachelor's degree in Tech,
Business or Human Resources, a plus or equivalent experience. How
you will lead: Define, develop and execute programs to increase
representation in tech for underrepresented groups across our
global development sites. Develop programs, events and partnerships
to attract and recruit underrepresented tech talent, partnering
with talent acquisition. Foster sense of community and maintain
high engagement around programs, build capabilities across our tech
teams to increase allyship and engagement. Inspire and motivate
underrepresented groups in the tech organization to grow their
careers at Intuit through impactful development programs, workshops
and events. Define measures of success for the programs, track
progress against goals set, and drive reporting around outcomes to
senior leaders and relevant stakeholders. Drive efforts to
understand and keep a pulse on underrepresented groups in tech
sentiment and shape our program offering accordingly. Explore and
test innovative strategies and approaches to our program portfolio
to accelerate our impact. Manage relationships with external
partners end-to-end.
