As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will contribute to and
execute the strategy of customer insights & analytics team to
accomplish our goals. You will be responsible for ongoing data
pulls/capture, data manipulation & measurement, data visualization,
reporting & analysis, and delivery of actionable recommendations
for Cinemark research and marketing initiatives. You will work
collaboratively with marketing teams to help drive data-backed
decisions that influence marketing strategies and ensure we're
maximizing ROI. If you have a passion for data & analytics, a

A Day in the Life of a Marketing Analytics Manager:
Support the design and implementation of reporting solutions to
enable marketing stakeholders to manage the business and make
effective decisions
Leverage tools and technology platforms to collect, cleanse,
harmonize, and visualize datasets for weekly & monthly marketing
reports
Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of
ad-hoc reporting requests and meet deadlines
Analyze data to discover insights, determine key takeaways, and
provide recommendations that improve business outcomes and ROI
Heavily utilize Microsoft SQL on a daily basis to pull and examine
customer information around movie-going behaviors, purchasing
methods, loyalty, content preferences and more over time to uncover
trends
Partner with Media Buying & Planning, Loyalty, Business
Intelligence, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development and more
to further develop best practices for measuring and optimizing
marketing activities through data-driven decision-making
Manage time-sensitive projects at a time to deliver actionable
results
What You Will Need to Have:
2+ years of experience in data analytics
Expertise in relational databases and querying with Microsoft
SQL
Expertise in Microsoft Excel focused on data manipulation and
analysis through pivot tables and advanced formulas
Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data
Studio, Power BI, Tableau is preferred
Passion for working with data and deriving insights that influence
business strategy
Effectively and accurately communicates data and insights to team
members in an easily understandable manner
Strong commitment to data validation, ensuring the accuracy of all
reports and deliverables
Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and
goal setting
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively
with individuals and groups at all organization levels
Motivated with a can-do attitude, ability to operate and deliver in
the face of ambiguity, and a track record of accomplishing
results
Highest level of critical thinking and analysis in bringing
successful resolution to high impact, complex, and/or
cross-departmental problems
