The areas of focus for this position are designed to build future leaders within our organization and groom candidates for executive leadership roles.
The Fleet Services Manager will provide leadership and support to PBNA and FLNA Fleet Field operations. This key leader will collaborate on short term execution and long-term strategy for the largest private fleet in North America.
Accountabilities:
Provide leadership for the Fleet Services team for Global procurement strategic programs and Better Together Rentals program
Establish a collaborative and effective partnership with all departments and functions
Implement tactics and processes to reduce cost and improve reliability
Deliver AOP execution of $1MM+ annually
Create Fleet, Field, and FSC strategies that enable end to end supply chain management from OE/Vendor to field teams
Deliver strategies that support the evolution of fleet operations, storerooms as we progress towards the 2030 agenda
Develop SME expertise to support FSC, COE advancement in PGT journey across entities
Champion People and Capability development for the Fleet Services Team
Identify opportunities, develop action plans, and lead project material development
Leverage analytical competencies to provide new insights for Better Together rentals program, Fleet Global procurement programs encompassing all vendor partnerships
Support creation and implementation of annual operational plans as needed
Identifies trends and recommends corrective action measures when needed
Responsible for projects as assigned to drive results
Work closely with Fleet Center of Excellence and Global Procurement Fleet team to create synergies and accelerate productivity

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Prior fleet or supply chain experience

Key Customers / Engagement:
60% Internal communication with field PepsiCo fleet team and Mexico-City Based Fleet expense payables team (MBS)
40% External communication with PepsiCo Fleet suppliers

Key Skills / Experiences:
Proven experience in leading complex Supply Chain operations with a record of delivering results
Demonstrated capability in Supply Chain functions, technical understanding of fleet maintenance and repair, service and/or logistics
Advanced communication skills to positively communicate with all levels of the organization
Creative Problem Solving: Ability and passion for creative, out of the box thinking to develop and vet solutions for the business, as well as a willingness to question the status quo and generally accepted beliefs
Influencing & Communication Skills: Possess the ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbal and written; ability to influence others and communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect
Entrepreneurial or Business Development Mentality: Beyond basic fleet service, candidate must exhibit experience in driving action against the supply chain to execute key initiatives.
Structured & Logical Thinking: Ability to define business problems and frameworks, and discern what is important
Project Management Capabilities: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple stakeholders to high quality output against regular deadlines
Motivation: Self-motivated, high energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, performance-driven environment
Intellectual Curiosity: Awareness of emerging trends and desire to action against
Cultural Sensitivity: Understand cultural and social differences in key regions and markets
Comfort in Ambiguity: Adaptability in less-structured environments (able to "jump in" and contribute even when facts are not yet 100% clear); ability to quickly figure out solutions to complex issues
Tenacity: Persistent and resilient in the pursuit of objectives, can shift gears easily, is willing to take on new challenges and works to resolve issues
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with maintenance management systems
