Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic Analytics Leader to execute a regional analytics strategy - built upon standardization and automation enabling a shift to statistical, advanced analytics to drive business solutions. This role is an integral part of our North America HR Services providing People Analytics deliverables to multiple entities across the region as well as providing internal support to other teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with leaders at our subsidiaries, designing the strategy for quarterly releases, managing timelines and expectations, and leading a team of 8 workers to the next generation of analytics including predictive, while supporting current analytics and advanced reporting needs of multiple subsidiaries across North America.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee team deliverables and commitments including:
Data analysis, designing and deploying dashboards, and identifying key trends based on data
Developing key metric reports and implementing in a timely manner
Ensuring high quality data is presented in a logical and understandable format for the user
Developing executive report summaries for senior leadership
Providing strategic analysis to senior level management, translating analysis into informed decisions
Supporting multiple subsidiaries across North America with diverse organizational needs, to include Production, R&D and Sales & Marketing
Providing analytics that meet the needs of these varying business lines
Providing architectural guidance and solution engineering in support of Human Resource data reporting automation and enhancements
Working with key management members to identify automation or report enhancement opportunities (including alternative approaches to data visualization) and data process streamlining.
Assisting in the design, development, testing and implementation of new or modified systems to meet changing requirements.

Establish audit procedures for database, queries and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Establish schedules to ensure reports are generated and distributed in a timely manner.
Establish project planning principles within the team to drive for quarterly releases of enhancements to standardized deliverables.

Lead and develop team members in the areas of dashboards, scorecards, predictive analytics and machine learning in order to grow their capabilities and progress our analytics delivery.
Build relationships with subsidiary HR and business leaders, engaging them with the service offerings of the NA People Analytics team. Increasing adoption of our services.

Skills and Qualifications:
Degree/Background/Attributes
Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of directly related experience is required
Must be able to influence others in acceptance, approval and to provide technical clarification
Strong data analytical skills, project management and business analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
Strong technical aptitude, system understanding, basic database and SQL capabilities business analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Deep business acumen and understanding of HR business practices and HCM tools.
High motivation and self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detailed oriented person with strong leadership experience willing to take on a challenge
Ability to lead, motivate, and direct the activities of other employees in order to achieve objectives, project schedules, and team goals
Complete assignments within established time frames/SLAs and specifications
Ability to develop tasks and work assignments with clearly define objectives
Advanced computer skills with other Microsoft business applications software. Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint capabilities are essential in this role and organization
This includes a high degree of sensitivity and change management abilities to intercultural personnel and corporate dynamics

Preferred Skills:
MBA or other advanced degree in business or quantitative discipline a significant plus
Understanding of SQL, queries and overall database administration to provide direction for team members
Experience with report, dashboard and model design
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, leveraging the tool's self-service capabilities bringing the data to the hands of our clients
Prior knowledge of Business Intelligence software, including R, Alteryx, Python, etc.
Experience with enterprise HCM solutions, particularly Workday and its report writer capabilities
Provide technical direction on database design,
Strong mathematical aptitude and analysis skills for researching, analyzing, developing, and leading in the implementation of Human Resources related programs and recommendations
