Position Summary
Business Development Managers are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies. They will develop and drive business development initiatives that align with our current and future cybersecurity services. The Business Development Manager will ensure clients are satisfied with their services and build long term relationships. -Business Development Relationship Manager must complete several tasks to close sales, meet sales quotas and create revenue for the organization.


The main responsibility of Business Development is to complete sales to clients. Must adequately explain company's products or services through presentations, brochures, videos and other materials.
Through referrals, business directories and even cold calling, Business Development must create sales leads in order to pursue new clients. Business Development also follow up on sales leads that are generated by the company.
Will be communicating with new customer prospects and will be tasked with finding, screening potential customers, writing proposals, executing request for proposals.
Create and manage a pipeline of potential customers to expedite closed sales.
Set up meetings and calls with prospective clients to identify needs and propose solutions.
Manage Salesforce, LinkedIn, email and other systems to generate new sales opportunities.
Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting results to Director.
Meet or exceed sales goals that are monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Customer satisfaction and retention are important aspects of the Business Development's responsibilities. Business Development must regularly call or visit existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to explain new services as they are made available.
Articulate, problem solve and detail orientated.

5+ Years selling into enterprise level organizations
3+ Years selling IT solution sales experience is preferred
Experience selling to C-Level executives
Possess strong communication -skills
Proven record of managing a sales territory
Have a validated sales background in developing business strategy, collaboration, superior negotiation skills and delivery of client -success
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
