Job Description:
The Implementation Manager for 340B Implementations will lead
the implementation of 340B Link-- services. The Implementation
Manager will oversee and maintain the project plan, and work
closely with internal and external resources to monitor progress
and communicate progress with all project stakeholders. The
Implementation Manager responsibilities will include, but are not
limited to the following: Lead the pharmacy implementation process
and serve as a collaborative resource to address client questions
and concerns throughout the project lifecycle Build and maintain
the project plan as it evolves and ensure the project plan is
shared with all project stakeholders Host project kick-off call and
recurring project touch base calls Present Covered Entity and
Contract Pharmacy with required data specifications and facilitate
the receipt of required data Build Covered Entity and Pharmacy user
access to the PSG portal application Host PSG portal training for
both Covered Entity and pharmacy users Assist clients with
anticipating project risks and navigating obstacles are they arise.
The Pharmacy Implementation Specialist is responsible for
presenting both parties with alternatives and recommendations as it
relates to "best practice" and compliance related risks Work
closely with technical services team to build the pharmacy setup in
the PSG application and ensure the build is on-track and consistent
with desired outcome at completion Ensure projects are submitted
for go-live approval in a timely manner and have been thoroughly
vetted through PSG's established Quality Assurance process Monitor
post go-live performance to ensure a seamless transition to PSG's
Client Services Team Perform other duties as necessary to ensure
all client/pharmacy needs are satisfied KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Prior
project management experience required Excellent written and
communication skills required Attention to detail required Ability
to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively and independently
Ability to independently resolve conflict Willingness to be a team
player required Strong organizational skills required BASIC
QUALIFCATIONS: Bachelor's degree 5 years healthcare or pharmacy
experience with demonstrated understanding of prescription claims
adjudication and PBM platforms PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 340B
industry experience Experience with EMR systems (EPIC, Centricity,
Meditech, Cerner)
