to help scale our Inside Sales team.As the Director of the Business
Development Representatives, you will be responsible for leading,
managing and motivating inbound and outbound sales teams , building
strategy, setting goals and measuring performance against weekly,
monthly quarterly objectives.Your ImpactMarket the company---s
products and/or services via telephone, email and social
applications.Generate prospective customers through cold calling
and lead qualificationQualify leads generated from Marketing
programs and promotionsDirect Pre-Qualified Leads (PQL) to the
correct District and Commercial sales team or channel
partnersFollow up on pre-qualified leads with the sales team to
ensure they are processed timely and leads to pipeline
creationOngoing hiring, mentoring and development of the sales BDR
team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new members,
coaching reps on strategy and technique for cold calling clients
and following up on sales leads, and having consistent 1/1---s with
team members Work closely with Field Marketing and Marketing on
campaign strategy follow up Working with Regional Channel and Sales
Directors on lead managementWork with Business Partners and
Corporate Sales on territory developmentRefine and evolve a
scalable, measurable and predictable process for running and
growing the teamProvide weekly reporting on volume statistics, lead
pipeline, conversion to qualified prospects, sales opportunities
generated and campaign effectiveness to our Executive Leadership
teamQualifications Your ExperienceMinimum of 2 years leadership
experience Minimum of 5 years inside sales experienceMinimum of a
Bachelor---s degreeExperience directly managing an inside sales
team of SDR/BDR---sPossess a high energy, strong desire to achieve
top results with a positive ---can-do" attitude over the phone and
in-personCreative problem-solverExcellent communication skills with
high-level decision makersAbility to navigate SFDC reporting,
dashboards, and sales acceleration tools (Outreach.io, Navigator,
DiscoverOrg, ENGAGIO, etc)A leader with a passion for Software as a
Service (SaaS) and a desire to build a career in IT Security a
plusResourceful & ability to adapt quickly to changing
environmentExperienced in hiring and working in a rapidly growing
environmentVery motivated, dedicated and goal-orientedConsistently
meets or exceeds metrics set by managementExperience with AWS,
Azure, GCP, SaaS or other cloud technologies a plusProven track
record of leading a successful teamHigh levels of self-motivation,
