Learn more about our DIB story and consider joining us as we continue on our journey to becoming the world's benchmark destination for DIB leadership: ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY The Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) for the Staff and Enterprise Services (ES) organizations (-8000 associates and -260 executives) will create, develop, execute and manage horizontal initiatives that promote DIB across these key groups. (People Leadership and development, Learning, Retention, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and more). * Partnering with our Staff and ES executives and HR leaders, People Analytics, and other key stakeholders to assess opportunities, create DIB strategies and plans, and support execution through coaching, consulting and thought partnership. * This role will work independently with key stakeholders to identify and address client needs in a collaborative approach. This role will serve as a key diversity partner to ensure that DIB remains a priority and is closely linked to the division's overall business strategy.
