Training Manager Position Summary Manage comprehensive training
operations for data center accounts, overseeing the development and
delivery of technical training programs while ensuring all staff
maintain required competencies and certifications for safe,
efficient operation of mission-critical infrastructure. Key
Responsibilities Training Operations Management Oversee day-to-day
training operations including scheduling, resource coordination,
and program delivery across data center facilities. Manage training
calendars, instructor assignments, and facility requirements while
ensuring training activities align with operational needs and
minimize business disruption. Technical Skills Development Design
and deliver hands-on training programs covering critical data
center systems including power distribution, cooling
infrastructure, fire suppression, security systems, and
environmental monitoring. Conduct technical assessments to identify
skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions to enhance
operational capabilities. Engage with vendors to provide
specialized training to the account teams. Safety and Compliance
Training Implement mandatory safety training programs covering
electrical safety, confined space procedures, emergency response
protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements. Ensure all
personnel maintain current certifications and safety qualifications
while tracking compliance status and renewal schedules. Training
Team Leadership Lead training coordinators, technical instructors,
and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality training
experiences. Provide coaching and professional development for
training team members while establishing performance standards and
quality metrics for training delivery. Learning Assessment and
Documentation Develop competency-based assessments and practical
evaluations to validate employee skills and knowledge. Maintain
comprehensive training records, certification tracking, and
performance documentation to support regulatory compliance and
career development planning. Training Technology Integration
Implement training technologies including learning management
systems, simulation software, and digital learning platforms to
enhance training effectiveness. Evaluate new training tools and
methodologies while managing technology integration and user
adoption across training programs. Stakeholder Collaboration Work
closely with operations managers, engineering teams, and HR
personnel to align training programs with business objectives and
operational requirements. Coordinate with facility leadership to
ensure training supports operational excellence and employee
development goals. Required Qualifications Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or related technical
field with 4 years of experience in technical training, data center
operations, or facilities management. Professional training
certifications (CPTD, ATD) or data center credentials (DCCA, EPI)
strongly preferred. Technical Knowledge Solid understanding of data
center infrastructure, electrical systems, HVAC technologies, and
safety protocols. Experience with training program development,
adult learning principles, and various instructional methods
including classroom, online, and hands-on training delivery.
Management and Communication Skills Proven leadership experience
managing training teams and coordinating complex training
initiatives. Strong presentation and communication abilities with
the capacity to translate technical concepts into effective
training materials for diverse learning styles and experience
levels. Organizational Skills Excellent project management and
organizational capabilities for managing multiple training
programs, tracking compliance requirements, and maintaining
detailed documentation. Proficiency with training management
systems and Microsoft Office applications for program
administration and reporting. This role provides the opportunity to
directly impact operational excellence by building and maintaining
the technical capabilities of data center teams while ensuring
safe, reliable facility operations through effective training and
development programs. This position does not provide visa

States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this
position: 160,300.00 – 160,300.00 USD per year This range is an
estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation
packages are determined by various considerations including but not
limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions,
