Job Description Job Description Estimator We are a rapidly growing firm looking for a Estimator to help continue to expand our DFW wastewater construction business! Position Overview The Estimator will oversee aspects of wastewater construction projects, focusing on lift stations and pump stations. This role requires strategic leadership to ensure efficient operations, compliance with regulations, and the implementation of best practices in wastewater management. Compensation: Up to $150k base incentives Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the wastewater construction projects, including lift stations and pump stations. - Develop strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding wastewater management. - Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the division. - Oversee the maintenance and operation of lift pumps and related equipment. - Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to optimize facility performance. - Provide leadership and mentoring to division staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in wastewater management construction projects - Proven experience in managing lift stations and pump stations. - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. - Experience with budgeting and financial management in an operational context.
