  • Solve and triage deployment issues, coordinating with developers and admins to resolve blockers.
  • Implement and carry out industry-standard DevOps and release management practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Maintain and manage version control systems (primarily Git) ensuring traceability and rollback capability.
  • Act as a Copado SME, configuring pipelines, user stories, promotions, data deployments, and test automation as needed.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to Salesforce developers and admins on release readiness, branching strategies, and CI/CD processes.
  • Work closely with QA, development, and operations teams to coordinate scheduled releases and emergency hotfixes.
  • Develop and maintain deployment documentation, templates, and best practice guides.
  • Collaborate with security, audit, and compliance teams to align release practices with governance and regulatory frameworks.
    Required Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps or release engineering roles.
    • Proven experience with Copado and Salesforce DevOps lifecycle.

    • Ability to independently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment issues.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) integrated with Salesforce pipelines.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, unlocked packages, and scratch orgs is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, including cross-functional coordination.
