In this role, you will provide post-sales technical support to Palo Alto Networks End User Customers via phone, email, and online collaboration tools. You will work to diagnose, troubleshoot or reproduce customer issues and qualify escalations as well assist in fault isolation and root cause analysis.   • Remotely providing technical support to customers and partners throughout North America (US and Canada)
  • Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers
  • Managing support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are done in a timely manner
  • Publish technical support bulletins and other technical documentation in the knowledge base
  • Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
  • Participation in on-call duties as required
  • Meet KPI metrics as required What We Are Looking For
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus
    • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
    • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight as part of a broader support team
    • Palo Alto experience desired, or; experience with Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, Fortinet, or other NGFW is desirable
    • Palo Alto PCNSA or PCNSE or Cisco CCNA or CCNP is desirable
    • Desire for continuous growth of technical skills and certifications through formal training or self-study in our expansive security lab environment
    • B ase firewall configurations, High Availability, Security Policies, Network Address Translations and Remote Access VPNs desirable
    • Experience with Layer 7 application protocols (DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS) desirable
    • Experience with Authentication Protocols (Radius /TACACS) is desirable Work Arrangement:
