Associate Director to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Innovation development team player responsible for driving emerging and growth technology growth within NTT DATA. Working with and developing relationship with our account teams this person will seek appropriate clients for co-innovation projects. These projects will support target revenue objectives. This team member will be responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining on-going relationships with our industry account teams and programs with strategic partners and clients to produce sales opportunities. Working with the Center Leader, this team member will analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information and creates compelling market analysis presentations. Provides financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships. Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to leadership based on the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment interested in emerging technology bot the technical and business application while collaboratively working with matrixed team members. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying and evaluating opportunities to engage innovation center SMEs with company accounts.
• Leading and/or coordinating cross-functional project development and due diligence teams under the supervision of the NA Innovation Center Lead.
• Assisting in the preparation of documents, presentations, and other reporting materials for Senior Management
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with load-serving entities, project stakeholders, project developers and other market participants.
• Supporting the development of annual business and strategic plans and development budgets.
• Leading and/or participating in the negotiation of Statements of Work
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
• Prioritize and monitor -multiple projects.
• Communicate and manage risks to project completions.
  • Minimal travel est. 20% EXPERIENCE:
    • Combined 5+ years of related experience in business development/project management. Candidate should have experience in professional service.
    • Minimum 2 years in a related business development role.
    • Technically proficient in areas of emerging technologies. TECHNICAL SKILLS:
      • Demonstrated quantitative, qualitative analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
      • Proficient project management skills as well as the ability to excel in a dynamic and multi-disciplinary project team environment with the ability to adapt to change.
      • Ability to lead and facilitate effective meetings. SOCIAL PROCESS SKILLS:
        • Proven ability to communicate and delegate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
        • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with complex concepts.
