Noodoe, a leading provider of end-to-end cloud management solutions for electric vehicle (EV) chargers, is seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer III to join our growing Support team. With a focus on networking and customer support, this role will be instrumental in improving our services and expanding our processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network troubleshooting, cellular connectivity, and wireless network architecture.
Responsibilities:
As a Network Support Engineer III, you will:

• 
  
• Provide remote networking support to field technicians and assist with in-depth technical log analysis
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve network configuration issues, offering customer support as needed
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product, and R&D, to address customer concerns and provide technical insights
  
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and knowledge base articles
  
• Demonstrate expertise in 4G/LTE and/or 5G 3GPP technologies
  
• Work in our System Integration Lab (Plano, TX) to reproduce, troubleshoot, and investigate cellular connectivity-related issues
  
• Develop Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for outages or performance issues and provide updates/resolutions on open tickets
  
• Review and improve existing Support SOPs, identifying missing steps or issues
  
• Collect logs and perform log analysis for discussions with Tier 3/R&D on various issues
  
• Analyze medium severity issues (sev2 & sev3) to meet agreed SLA requirements - 3rd level incident analysis
  
• Collaborate with global teams across a 13-hour time difference
  
  Qualifications:
  To excel in this role, you should bring:
  
  • 
    
  • Preferred 3 years of telecom work experience
    
  • Strong knowledge of wireless network architecture concepts, particularly in the LAN/RAN domain
    
  • Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX operating systems
    
  • Knowledge of EVSE devices preferred but not required
    
  • Ability to develop scripts and tools to assist with report generation and analysis
    
  • Experience working under pressure, adapting to ad-hoc schedules and/or participating in an on-call environment
    
  • In-depth understanding of wireless network architecture, protocols, and standards
    
  • Capability to work remotely - Work generally is performed at home and in an office/lab environment - may need to travel 0 to 10%
