Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

(SLP) to provide essential support to students in a school setting
located in Irving, TX. This contract role is ideal for

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments and evaluations to
identify students' speech, language, and communication needs -
Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans
tailored to each student's goals - Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and other education professionals to support student
progress - Provide direct therapy services to students individually
or in small groups - Monitor and report on student progress,
adjusting therapy techniques as necessary - Participate in meetings
related to student IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and
provide professional recommendations Desired Qualifications: -
Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification and licensure
appropriate for school settings - Experience working with
school-aged children, preferably within public or private schools -
Strong understanding of speech and language disorders affecting
school performance - Ability to work effectively as part of an
educational team - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
