Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the
current school year with a K-12 public school district in
Lewisville, TX. This contract position involves working onsite to
provide essential speech-language services across elementary,
middle, and high school levels. Locations and Caseloads: - Old
Settlers Elementary and Southridge Elementary: Supporting
approximately 48 students (K-5). Coverage needed for a maternity
leave through March 31. - Durham Middle School: Caseload of 65
students, service needed through May 22. - Hebron High
School/Hebron 9: Caseload of 85 students, service also needed
through May 22. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments and
develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech,
language, and communication disorders. - Collaborate with
educators, parents, and other professionals to support student
success. - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with
district and state guidelines. - Provide therapy services tailored
to student needs, adapting approaches as necessary for effective
outcomes. Qualifications: - Active state license as a
Speech-Language Pathologist. - Certification of Clinical Competence
(CCC) preferred; candidates who are Clinical Fellows (CF) must have
supervision arranged prior to starting. - Experience in
school-based settings is highly desirable. - Ability to commit to
full-time hours (40 hours per week) onsite. This role requires
excellent communication skills, flexibility, and dedication to
supporting diverse student populations. Candidates are expected to
be onsite at the assigned schools and must consider proximity when
