As a PSE Sales & Services/Distribution Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a government environment, handling sales transactions, managing inventory, and processing mail and packages for distribution. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring effective service delivery and customer satisfaction within the postal service. Assist customers with postal transactions and inquiries. Manage and process mail and parcels efficiently. Operate computer systems and cash registers for transaction processing. Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
