This role is ideal for a plumber who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys customer-facing service work, and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with room to grow. This position focuses on residential service and repair, with an emphasis on quality work, professionalism, and strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient job completion Properly document work performed and materials used Qualifications Journeyman Plumber or Tradesman Minimum of 5 years of residential plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $35–$42/hour, DOE Health Insurance - Monthly Stipend Paid time off (PTO) Company vehicle Uniforms Supportive team culture and long-term growth opportunity
