Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum Required: -

• 
  
• BS or BA Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or another related field
  
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, social media or another related field
  
• Positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility and strong teamwork orientation
  
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goal
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills ability
  
• Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
  Preferred: -
  
  
  • 
    
  • Familiarity and knowledge about the major social media platforms (Who are the users and their behaviors) and familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
    
  • Experience in development of social/digital marketing programs
    
  • Experience with social publishing and/or social listening technology tools
    
  • 1- 3 years of experience in social media analytics and reporting
    
  • Experience developing presentations for senior management
    
  • Experience with budget planning and administration
