helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is
comprised of the Chase Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Securities,
National Branch, and Online Investing, our digital investing
platform. The business is highly dynamic given the rapid evolution
of customer behavior, presenting both challenges in how we evolve
to meet customer needs as well as opportunities in how we serve our
customers more efficiently and effectively. The Marketing Finance
and Business Management team optimizes business performance by
helping to drive key initiatives. We are looking for a Financial
Analysis Vice President to be a business partner and lead the
financial and headcount analysis for the Marketing and
Communications team with a focus on financial performance and
profitability metrics for all marketing campaigns across
sub-businesses. Duties include Budgeting, monthly financial
analysis, reporting, profitability, and project management. The
highly visible role is dynamic, will vary over time, and you will
be supporting Marketing across all aspects of the business
partnering with Marketing, Communications, Finance, Data Analytics,
Controllership, Product, and Strategy teams. You will manage a team
and will be navigating complex business challenges, tight
deadlines, competing priorities and interaction with senior
management. For this role, candidates must be able to physically
work in our Plano, TX office 3 days a week and remotely from home 2
days per week. -The specific schedule will be determined and
communicated by direct management. Job Responsibilities :
- Think strategically, sets goals, communicates clearly and
collaborates & influences appropriately to accomplish J.P. Morgan
Wealth Management goals.
- Understand key financial and operational drivers, with a
detailed understanding of revenue and profitability drivers.
- Oversee monthly financial reporting -and analysis for Marketing
and Communications: P&L -performance, headcount trends, expense
Allocations, and profitability.
- Conduct financial analysis and deliver actionable insights to
improve Marketing campaigns profitability -and optimize
expenses.
- Help develop annual Budget and monthly Forecast for Marketing
and Communications.
- Consolidate and report Net Present Value for all marketing
campaigns across sub-businesses.
- Analyze performance and profitability across multiple
campaigns, marketing channels, and sub-businesses.
- Enhance and leverage marketing business cases, used to drive
financial decisioning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Partner with data analytics, address ad hoc requests and
proactively provide insights to leadership team on topics ranging
from expenses, headcount, profitability KPIs.
- Manage, coach and mentor a talented team (one associate).
- Handle Ad hoc request from cross functional teams.
- Learn the business inside out, establish relationship with the
team and business partners. Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant experience or prior experience in a
Financial Analysis or Business Management role.
- Intellectual curiosity and exceptional problem-solving skills
coupled with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability
to -interface with all levels of the organization, including senior
management.
- Self-motivated and passionate about driving decisions through
analytical insights. Open to feedback and focus on growth.
- Proactive learner who possesses a solid work ethic, with
flexibility during busy periods and/or to meet tight
deadlines.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic
environment; must be able to multitask and shift priorities quickly
while maintaining control with limited supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build strong
relationships with people across functions, levels and backgrounds
and work in a highly cross-functional environment.
- Proven track record of strong integrity in working with highly
confidential information. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Wealth Management industry.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Alteryx, Tableau or other data
visualization applications, Jira, Visio and Adobe Professional are
