Marketing Specialist is responsible for initiating, guiding, and
executing Hilti Online projects, including strategic and tactical
website content creation and maintenance. This role interfaces with
product and trade management as well as other department managers,
directors, and/or other contacts in support of the development of
both new website content and the enhancement of current website
content, as well as digital programs and online customer tools.Who

lasting careers.What does the role involve?Support the execution of
the digital marketing strategy and related campaigns for Hilti
Online
including: planning, targeting, set-up, execution, reporting, and
optimization
Manage content administration and audits to ensure high-quality
implementation and delivery of website content and digital customer
experiences to support web and related business stakeholder
strategies, all in accordance with company brand and web
best-practices
Adept at thinking holistically about content strategy as part of a
customer experience and then able to shape and align the HOL
content information and architecture through strategic
recommendations, including developing, implementing, and
maintaining a website crosslinking strategy
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead,
coordinate, and execute new content creation and optimizations, in
alignment with and in support of Hilti Online strategies and
business goals
Manage projects from inception through completion
Work cross-functionally with E-Business and Marketing teams to
define the scope of projects, including goals, deliverables, and
success measurement
Perform SEO keyword research (discovery and expansion) to help
inform Hilti Online strategy
Skilled in writing, not just SEO expertise, this role will need to
create and optimize useful, information-rich content that uses
keywords appropriately and in-context that ensures a customer-first
perspective and consistent customer content experience across Hilti
Online
Clearly and succinctly communicate all issues, risks, and
mitigation strategies in a timely manner to the project team and
stakeholders
Deliver projects/initiatives on-time, within budget, and within
scope
Define, implement, and communicate metrics to stakeholders to drive
and inform decision making around content consumption and
navigation
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Analyst to produce and
distribute analytic reports for all digital activities, measuring
ROI for each project

Degree required in marketing, communications, technology, or
related business area of study
Minimum of 3 years of related e-commerce and digital marketing work
experience preferred
Experience with authoring and publishing front-end web content
across web content management systems (preferred Adobe Experience
Manager experience) and familiar with other digital marketing
concepts a plus
The ability to learn technical systems
High knowledge of (Google) Analytics, conversion tracking,
e-commerce, and the interplay of organic search traffic in
relationship to paid search, direct traffic, display, social media,
and email
Ability to understand complex material and explain technical
concepts clearly, concisely, and logically
Ability to draft marketing collateral, technical copy, and other
business documentation
Demonstrated ability to work with and manipulate data sets
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research
Experience in search engine marketing
Experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns
including natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display, and
social
Core competencies and skills/expertise:Expert level experience
using SEO tech tools such as Google Search Console, Searchmetrics,
Screaming Frog, and more in ideation of keywords and content,
etc.
High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced
Excel ability to define strategy and goals
Experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns
including natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display, and
social
Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects
proactively
Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for
continuous improvement
Strong project management skills required with the ability to
deliver results within short timeframes
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Ability to work well with internal, cross-functional, and external
teams
Strong computer skills, including MS SharePoint, Outlook, Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel; graphics skills a strong plus
Established skills in organization, time management, and
