Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the various marketing initiatives and resources that support the growth of assigned industry, service and geography teams
    • Build and maintain a collaborative, high performing and engaged team that provides value-added support to assigned practices
    • Align objectives and measure performance to demonstrate growth strategies' contributions to the practice team goals
    • Create and leverage best practices across the team and throughout the firm
    • Facilitate teaming, collaboration and sharing of ideas
    • Lead and manage the design, development, implementation and optimization of highly effective marketing strategies and demand generation initiatives that build brand, drive demand and generate growth
      • Collaborate to develop strategic growth plans for each assigned industry, service and geography, including but not limited to:
      • Marketing Strategies
        • Messaging and positioning development
        • Content and asset development
        • Sponsorships and events
        • Demand Generation
          • Integrated, multi-channel promotional strategies
          • Campaign development and execution
          • Reporting and analytics
          • Provide strategic, proactive insights to practice and market leadership in the evaluation and ongoing optimization of marketing-facing activities
          • Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to the marketing team for ongoing career development
          • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
          • Lead and/or participate in special projects, such as merger integrations
          • Participate in and/or champion select taskforces, such as webinar best practices
          • Ensure effective use of the firm's marketing tools, systems, and resources
            Qualifications

            • Excellent interpersonal skills; a strategic thinker with superior judgment and strong work ethic who can build relationships and provide effective leadership to a team
            • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level, to partners to firm leaders
            • Demonstrated leadership in applying highly effective marketing strategies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media, online and native advertising, digital marketing and fully integrated, multi-channel campaigns
            • Ability to manage and prioritize projects independently while being able to work well in a highly collaborative team-focused environment
            • Proactive with the ability to work under tight deadlines and be resourceful in addressing challenges and solving problems
            • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and strong hands-on computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
            • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field; Masters degree preferred
