-- The Sr. Director of Marketing (TX/OK) for US Radiology will be a senior level Marketing position within the department and should have deep expertise in strategic, insights-based marketing.This individual will report directly to the SVP Marketing and will have strategic and tactical responsibility for all marketing initiatives in the regions of Texas & Oklahoma.The position will also be responsible for marketing coordination with Baylor, Scott, and White Health in our joint venture centers in DFW and Austin.This individual will have 1 direct report who will need to be hired. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for developing the annual Strategic Plans for the TX/OK region and partnering with sales leadership on execution Lead oversight of development of tactical plans and marketing mix within the region Develop all marketing materials and ensure alignment with strategic priorities and key customer insights Lead implementation of Commercial Excellence framework across the region, including segmentation/targeting, CRM utilization, business intelligence tools, etc. Manage 1 direct report Lead coordination of all marketing efforts for the BTDI joint venture with BSWH Minimum Qualifications: Education/Licensing/Certification: MBA preferred Experience (years and type): At least 10 years of marketing management/brand leadership with at least 5 of those years in the healthcare industry (ideally Biopharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, etc---) Experience leading a team to achieve goals, preferably across multiple product lines/brands Experience supporting a sales team calling on physician offices with strategic direction and marketing materials Experience with hospital joint venture relationships preferred Knowledge and Skills: Deep expertise with insights-based marketing, developing creative briefs, and executing copy strategy Ability to select and manage agency partnerships to deliver results Knowledge of a broad array of tactical marketing mix, including developing materials for sales professionals, direct to physician, and direct to patient materials Experience leading annual strategic planning and setting volume budgets and the associated advertising and promotion budgets to drive goals Ability to work in a highly- matrixed organization and to deliver results through solid line and dotted line reporting relationships US Radiology provides a competitive compensation program to attract, retain, and motivate a high-performance workforce.
