Our creative business model is uniquely designed for the small businesses that are commonly under-serviced and ignored by our competitors.The Opportunity:As the Content Marketing Manager on our 401(k) Solutions team, you will develop demand generation strategy, content and creative for offline and digital marketing campaigns. You will manage campaign messaging and offers, ensuring that they support other B2B sales and marketing efforts across the department. You will report to the Vice President of 401k Marketing while working with other Marketing and Sales Leadership to understand and support our value proposition, important touch points in the marketing and sales funnel and the competitive landscape to guide successful campaign creative direction. Feel rewarded in this challenging opportunity as you help improve Fisher Investments--- 401(k) Solutions marketing strategy.Day-to-Day:Project manage offline and digital campaign messaging and offers, ensuring that they support other sales and marketing efforts across the organization and are designed to be search engine optimizedDevelop ongoing creative testing and optimization plans, ensuring that new performance gains and insights from successful tests can be rolled out to all campaignsManage partner creative agencies including the development of campaign strategy, messaging points, and the creation of digital assetsOversee demand generation results ensuring monthly delivery of required qualified leads and improved prospect engagementEnsure sales and marketing team are aligned on live and planned campaigns to improve lead conversionCoordinate between the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure Sales is aware of marketing tools to engage leads in the funnelIdentify gaps and champion the development of new tools to support the sales process Your Qualifications:5 years experience B2B marketing experience; Bachelor---s degree requiredDemonstrated experience developing and testing campaign creative and managing demand generation digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, webinars, sales enablement, paid search, SEO, Facebook Ads or LinkedIn campaigns) for elongated sales cyclesPrior experience working with marketing technology such as email automationExperience working directly with sales teams in to develop supporting sales tools to support advancing leads in the funnelExperience using web analytics tools to improve campaigns based on performanceWhy Fisher Investments:At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
