Job Description:

A family law practice in Plano, TX has an immediate need for paralegal to join their team. This paralegal will be supporting the main attorney and will be responsible for ensuring the office is running smoothly.

The individual must be experienced in family law on a sophisticated level. - We are looking for a paralegal who has two to three years in the field.

We are looking for someone who is a people person. Someone who is personable, prompt, capable of interacting with clients, courts and court coordinators in Collin, Dallas, and Denton Counties.

- Capable of sending and answering discovery.

- Grammar impeccable.

- Opening and closing files, E-FILING, filing pleadings and tracking deadlines.

- Cognizant of billing time.

- Willingness to go to Court and assist with Exhibits.

- General Management of 40 to 50 files.
