read on! The Administrative Assistant provides support to Community
Association Managers on assigned accounts. We offer a schedule
8:00-5:00 or 8:30-5:30, Monday-Friday, with additional hours
required to attend evening HOA Annual Meetings, year-round (approx.
25 evening Annual Meetings per year.) During peak months there may
be as many as 2-3 evening meetings per week, thus providing an
opportunity to earn overtime pay!The Administrative Assistant
provides support in the following general areas:--- Data
Maintenance--- Word Processing--- Property Architectural Change
Process Administration--- Phones/Email/Customer Services--- Board
and other meeting preparation--- Files/Documents/Retention--- Mail
Distribution/Office supply Management--- Other diversified

Requirements:
Requirements for success in this position: --- High school diploma
or general education degree (GED) and at least 3 years of
experience supporting staff in an administrative/clerical role with
customer service emphasis. --- Strong Microsoft Office skills ---
Team player with a positive attitude --- Flexible and adaptable to
wear many hats, and assist wherever needed --- Excellent Client
Service skills (both internal and external), and timely follow-up
--- Polished and professional communications, oral and written ---
Ownership of issues until resolved, demonstrating care for others
and their needs and concerns --- Strong organizational skills, with
multi-tasking abilities --- Willingness to learn and grow, and
