Job Description:

LevelUp Squared is seeking an Office Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency to our Plano facility. - - Requirements: Two years of professional experience required with a minimum of one year of experience in a coordinating role. Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively via email, orally and in written form with colleagues and visitors Job Requirements:Position Objectives: Maintain office services and efficiency, including office equipment, supplies, working with service vendors, conference room setups, large scale print jobs, and arranges for internal workspace moves, floorplan and workspace signage updates. Excellent customer service skills, proofreading skills, and close attention to detail. Job Provides meeting and event coordination and support, including furniture rental and room setup for Town Halls; may assist with other large meetings as requested. Oversees internal department moves and maintains the floorplan with colleague workspace assignments, and workspace signage. Coordinate resolution of Facilities-related tickets as assigned in the Incident Management Software/property management work order system. Maintain inventory of office supplies, furniture keys, and submits replenishment orders. Ensures supplies are adequately stocked and maintained.
