Job Description:
Fidelity Investments seeks a Director of Alternative
Investments, Regulatory Reporting & Product Strategy to lead
strategic initiatives within our investment management sector. This
leadership role includes oversight of regulatory compliance,
enhancement of product offerings, and driving innovation in
alternative investment strategies. The successful candidate will
champion efforts to optimize investment performance while adhering
to regulatory frameworks, capitalize on market opportunities, and
enhance client satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies for
alternative investment products to maximize returns and minimize
risk. Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements
across global markets. Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate
market trends and derive strategic insights for product
development. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report
progress and adjust strategies as needed. Manage and mentor a team
of investment professionals and support staff. In-depth knowledge
of alternative investments and regulatory frameworks. Strong
analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent leadership and
communication abilities. Proficiency in risk management and
performance metrics. Ability to work collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
certification preferred. Relevant regulatory compliance
certifications.
