  Job Description:
  Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of the specific project. Project managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
  Role and Responsibilities:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Manage the Global Shares Third Party Oversight project including tracking to project milestones, reporting and escalation management
    
    
  • 
    Resolve issues and escalations by documenting expected outcomes and following up with key stakeholders who own the deliverables
    
    
  • 
    Support the Supplier Oversight Services (SOS) and Supplier Assurance Services (SAS) and other key stakeholders to manage the TPO integration activity
    
    
  • 
    In addition to collaborating with the teammates, Project Manager will communicate with JPMC and Global Shares stakeholders
    
    
    Requirements
    REQUIRED Skills and Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Bachelor's and/or Master's degree (REQUIRED)
      
      
    • 
      3+ years OF Project Management experience - Financial/Banking background and or experience (REQUIRED)
      
      
    • 
      Ability to collaborate with teams and individuals to accomplish common goals
      
      
    • 
      Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
      
      
    • 
      Project Management tools (MS Excel, Project, SharePoint and Visio)
      
      
    • 
      Self-starter, self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment without constant direct supervision
      
      
    • 
      Strong Project Management Skills and ability to track multiple workstreams within the Project
      
      
    • 
      Proven track record and prior experience in one or more of the following: Supplier Oversight Services, Category Sourcing & Spend Control, Third Party Oversight, Procurement Operations, Vendor Relationship & Risk Management, Risk Assessment, Vendor Onboarding, Vendor Catalog Product Management
      
      
    • 
      Experience in Third Party Governance and Oversight roles
      
      
    • 
      Strong control orientation, analytical and communication skills
      
      
    • 
      Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
