• 
  
• Lead Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly forecasting process by coordinating and having discussions with all functions, ensuring annual growth and profit targets are met.
  
• Partner with technology team on all key initiatives to understand financial and strategic implications, including deliver financial milestones.
  
• Communicate and explain period and annual results internally and provide variances against forecast and updating the outlook for balance of year.
  
• Lead financial reviews with internal leaders; recommend plans of action to meet objective and coordinate efforts to execute them.
  
• Lead strategic initiatives by providing financial support, analysis and thought leadership.
  
• Lead and coach a team; building their capability and delegating duties to ensure timely performance.
  
• Present business cases to management team and identify best business practices.
  
• Responsible for leading all financial decisions in the development of a national marketing calendar to support the Brand.
  
  Education: -
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree required, with major in finance-related discipline- MBA preferred.

    • 
      
    • 10+ years of relevant finance/business experience, with at least 5 years in planning positions at a Senior Manager or director level.
      
    • Solid understanding of the overall FP & BA function including experience in managing quarterly forecasting and analysis
      
    • Clear commercial orientation and ability to think and act like a holistic business leader.
      
    • Proven leadership ability to motivate and develop others.
      
    • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and service attitude
      
    • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and inspire others.
      
    • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
      
    • Ability to lead multiple projects, absorb ad hoc work and allocate resources as needed.
