Responsibilities:In conjunction with CFO, lead the execution of
financing and joint venture transactions including: marketing for
and sourcing of external capital (debt and equity), term sheet
negotiation, documentation review, management of external parties'
due diligence processes, post-closing abstracting and internal
communication.Benchmarking and profitability analysis - Calculation
of investment performance measurement; responsible for financial
and profitability analysis.Partnership Documentation - Review and
analysis of partnership structure and formation; review joint
venture documentation; maintain minority interest and waterfall
calculations.Loan Administration - Review and analysis of loan
documentation, covenants and reporting status.Miscellaneous -
Provides analysis and implementation for derivative transactions;
assists CFO capital scenario planning, reforecast project returns,
review counterparty creditPartner with Senior Portfolio Manager's
processes related to portfolio reporting, business
planning/budgeting and other company improvement projectsPerform
economic and market research to gather and interpret pertinent data
such as economic forecasts, capital markets pricing and trends,
interest rate forecasts, employment acitivty, and real estate
market fundamentals.Special projects to support business objectives
including contrbuting to strategic planningOther duties as assigned
Essential Functions:Ability to consistently apply education,

Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related
field7-10 years' experience; commercial real estate preferredStrong
Excel skills requiredAbility to work flexible hours to meet
deadlines. Physical Requirements:Ability to independently move
throughout the office and continuously perform essential job
functions.Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Travel
