This is an on-site position, with remote-flexibility and is contract or contract-to-hire at present. The ideal candidate should have experience with QuickBooks and be able to work with accounting staff that lighter in GAAP experience. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for managing the financials of the company and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions.Key responsibilities of the Assistant Controller include:Hands-on financial work for 2022Detailed questions on invoicesTransaction entry and invoice managementReconciliation of balance sheet accounts (AR, Cash, Inventory, AP)Establishing better processes and proceduresWorking with fixed asset policiesDaily management of QuickBooksCollaboration with Controller and Senior Accountant to close the booksThe ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
