The Mobility function is a global department managing employee mobility programs for all Lines of Business and in over 50 countries. The global team is in the following locations:

  • US - Jersey City, NJ; Columbus, OH; Plano, TX
  • Regional hubs in London, Warsaw, Singapore and Buenos Aires
  • Operations/Administration in Mumbai The role will provide financial and accounting support to the Global Mobility function. Responsibilities include:
    • Invoice Management for a multitude of critical vendors including but not limited to: reconciliation of invoices, chargeback/allocations back to the business across the regions, and payment processing
    • Development and documentation of policies and procedures for managed areas
    • Providing timely and accurate financial information to management
    • Supporting internal and external audit activities and inquiries with a controls mindset
    • Maintaining effective communication lines across a global organization
    • Establishment and maintenance of relationships with internal customers (i.e. Global Mobility Center of Excellence (COE) and Global Employee Services (GES) functions, HR Controllers team, Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Corporate Tax, Legal Entity Controllers, external vendors, etc.)
    • Identifying process improvement opportunities
    • Understanding robotics and automation tools to drive efficiencies
    • Project or change management Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
      • Experience in Global Mobility space preferred but not required
      • 5+ years of relevant experience required in accounting or finance, with demonstrated career progression
      • Experience with General Ledger bookings and oversight of monthly close processes including balance sheet reconciliation/substantiation, journal entries and variance analysis
      • Structured mindset with process/continuous improvement orientation and automation or intelligent solution experience preferred
      • Proven ability to interface with various partners and customers
      • Strong interpersonal skills
      • Strong analytical and financial skills with a track record of execution against deliverables
      • Creative self-starter with strong initiative, ability to take ownership and work independently as well as contribute to the broader team
      • Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills
