Business Banking Development SpecialistIn this role, you will:Seeks
to grow the business across all Middle Market Banking segments
including Emerging Middle Market, Investment Real Estate, Diverse
Segments and Specialized Coverage.Actively identifies and manages a
portfolio of prospects and establishes a disciplined calling
strategy that targets key decision makers.Position Middle Market
Banking, and product partners, for new business opportunities
through consistent marketing efforts and delivery of value-added
ideas.Provide sales execution leadership including: Helping to lead
the day-to-day execution of new customer acquisition strategies,
think strategically to align local market opportunity with the
bank's execution capabilities, and engaging with internal partners
to bring the whole bank to the market.Represents Wells Fargo in the
marketplace through active engagement and high visibility in the
local business community.Required Qualifications:4+ years of
Business Banking Development experience, or equivalent demonstrated
through one or a combination of the following: work experience,
training, military experience, educationDesired
