energetic Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Qualified candidates should be based in or near the Plano, Texas
area. As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you will be
responsible for various financial functions, from bank
reconciliations to financial reporting. HRFP has practically
unlimited upward professional potential based on demonstrated
experience and knowledge as well as individual initiative and
motivation. As a company with a very flat organizational structure,
you will be expected to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and
communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all
organizational levels as well as directly with our customers in
some instances. As a company that focuses primarily on the SAP
software consulting, development and support industry we understand
that being a master of all technological fields is impossible, but
you will need to demonstrate your proficiency in areas you have
been exposed to as well as the ability to quickly absorb and

skills are necessary when dealing with multiple concurrent and
distinctly different tasks. A very good balance of process-oriented
thinking skills is a must. Eager to assist whenever/wherever as
needed. Well organized and detail oriented. Required skills: Google
Suite and/or Microsoft Office: Docs / Word Sheets / Excel Slides /
Powerpoint Excellent oral and written communication skills,
including written and spoken fluency in English Computer literacy
in Microsoft Windows environment Preferred skills: Financial /
Accounting background Google Chrome browser Ability to individually
come up with a personal framework to deal with and effectively
manage a large number of disparate tasks with varying priorities
