Job DescriptionBookkeeper – QuickBooksOur client has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper with QuickBooks. Duties:

Monthly Reporting - including P & L statements
Perform AR functions - collecting payments, processing receipts and soft collections
Perform AP functions - printing checks to pay invoices/ bills
Monthly reconciling of bank account
Onboard new employees and set them up in ADP
Provide overall office management and administrative support – this is a company where you interface with the owners regularlyRequirements:
- Five or more years of Bookkeeping experience
