  The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key resource in process management and reporting for the Sales & Omni-channel groups within KDP. As part of the Cold Beverage FP&A team, you will be an integral part of the monthly close and forecasting processes for Marketing and G&A. This individual will develop an in-depth knowledge of the business areas supported, and use this to influence decision making. What you will do:
  • Manage close process for all marketing spend, personnel costs, travel, and other operating expenses
  • Own the monthly reporting package to leadership and budget owners
  • Influence decision-making for marketing / operating expenses for Sales & Omni-channel groups
  • Own Total KDP merchandising reporting, processes, and analysis to drive decision making on areas of investment
  • Create and maintain process documentation, as well as, evaluate opportunities for improvement and standardization
  • Support internal customer requests and any ad hoc analysis
  • Perform other job related duties as requested by management
  • Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to your responsibilities every day
    Requirements
    
    
    • Education/Experience:
      • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
      • Three+ years of relevant finance experience preferred
      • Financial experience including budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and building financial models
      • Technical and Other Skills:
        • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
        • Demonstrated competency in use of financial, planning and reporting software platforms (SAP and TM1 a plus)
        • Required Competencies and aptitudes:
          • Self-motivated team player with strong ability to interact with others, work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
          • Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to propose positive business solutions to complex problems
          • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with focused attention to detail
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally at a high level of customer service
          • Comfortable working with high volumes of data and the ability to identify and summarize key messages--
          • Detailed and process improvement oriented
          • Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
          • Ability to work flexible hours as required
          • Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures, as well as our operating principles
