Rate:$24.05 $25.50 Job DescriptionSummary The CSC Admin Clerk
provides basic clerical support to Accounting, Receiving, Shipping,
and Human Resources. Must maintain positive and professional work
atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that is
conducive to a good working relationship with customers, clients,
co-workers, and supervisors. Description of Duties and
Responsibilities --- Greet guests and employees, answer and
redirect all incoming calls --- Scans and files all accounts
payable invoices and supporting documents --- Maintain files and
records on non-purchase order items --- Answer questions from
suppliers on payments and any general information on invoices. ---
Work with purchasing to correct purchase order/invoice
discrepancies --- Updates, maintains, prints, and distributes shift
rosters to appropriatepersonnel --- Sorts, distributes, and
prepares all incoming and outgoing plant mail and maintains postage
system --- Orders and maintains supplies --- Enter outbound
shipment data and file inbound/outbound paperwork --- Other
miscellaneous duties as required Qualifications and Experience
Requirements --- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. ---
Associate Degree in Business (Human Resources, Accounting, etc.) is
preferred. --- 2 years of clerical/ administrative experience is
required. --- Demonstrated Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word,
Excel and PowerPoint preferred) is required. --- Excellent
